You must have an established account with Albarella Design to upload and download files to and from our FTP site. We will provide you with a unique username and password to access files.

If you have multiple or large files, please compress them into a .zip, .sit, .sea, or other known compressed file format. We accept: PDF, Excel, Freehand, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, and QuarkXPress.

Send us an e-mail to:

• request a username and password
• report difficulties logging in, uploading or downloading files
• answer questions about using the FTP site

At this time, we also request that you e-mail or call when uploading your files to the FTP site to ensure they are received.
